Twinned with Hefei

4 of 14 in this atlas

Hefei's twin-city ties span four continents, linking it with Daejeon in South Korea, Freetown in Sierra Leone, Nizhniy Novgorod in Russia, and Santiago in Chile. Each of these pairings is recorded as mutual in this atlas, with both sides formally naming the other. No further pattern beyond this geographic spread is indicated by the data at hand.
