Twinned with Recife

3 of 8 in this atlas

Recife, Brazil, holds formal twinning agreements with three cities recorded in this atlas: Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and Chengdu and Guangzhou in China. Each of these pairings is mutual, meaning both sides independently name the other in their own declarations, with no one-sided links appearing among Recife's recorded municipal partnerships here.
