Twinned with Singapore
1 of 2 in this atlas
Singapore's atlas entry lists a single formal twinning, with Pyongyang, North Korea, and the record shows this pairing as one-sided: Pyongyang names Singapore as a twin, but Singapore does not name Pyongyang in return. No other municipalities appear in this dataset as counterparts to Singapore, formally or otherwise.

1 of these do not list Singapore back. Twinning is declared independently by each municipality, so one-sided pairs are common — and usually more interesting than the mutual ones.
