Twinned with Tabriz

3 of 6 in this atlas

Tabriz maintains formal town-twinning ties with three cities named in this atlas: Baku in Azerbaijan, and Istanbul and Konya in Turkey. Each of these pairings is recorded as mutual, meaning both sides independently confirm the relationship, with no one-sided declarations appearing among Tabriz's listed partnerships here.
