Twinned with Kolkata
5 of 8 in this atlas
Kolkata maintains formal town-twinning ties with five cities across Asia and Europe. Most of these pairings are mutual, including links with Dhaka, Karachi, Kunming, and Odesa. One relationship, with Incheon, South Korea, is one-sided, meaning Incheon does not list Kolkata among its own declared partners in this atlas.
