Twinned with Nizhniy Novgorod
8 of 20 in this atlas
Nizhniy Novgorod names eight twinned municipalities in this atlas, spanning Europe, East Asia, and North America: Barcelona, Hefei, Jinan, Kharkiv, Minsk, Philadelphia, Suwon, and Vilnius. Most of these pairings are mutual, with each side naming the other in return. The exception is Kharkiv, which does not list Nizhniy Novgorod among its own declared partners, making that link one-sided.
