Twinned with Sendai

5 of 13 in this atlas

Sendai's twinning ties, as recorded here, all run both ways: Changchun in China, Dallas in the United States, Gwangju in South Korea, Minsk in Belarus, and Tainan in Taiwan each name Sendai as a partner in return. The pairings span East Asia, North America, and Eastern Europe, with no one-sided links appearing among them.
