Twinned with Prague
27 of 44 in this atlas
Prague's twinning agreements span every inhabited continent, from Chicago and Buenos Aires to Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, with a dense cluster of European partners including Berlin, Athens, Bratislava, Brussels, and Copenhagen. Almost all pairings are mutual, both sides naming each other, with only Istanbul and Moscow appearing as one-sided declarations from Prague's side without reciprocal listing.

2 of these do not list Prague back. Twinning is declared independently by each municipality, so one-sided pairs are common — and usually more interesting than the mutual ones.
