Twinned with London
31 of 32 in this atlas
London's twinning ties span every inhabited continent, from Buenos Aires and Bogotá to Beijing, Tokyo, and Johannesburg. Nearly all pairings are mutual, with both Delhi and New Delhi listed separately, the latter one-sided along with Istanbul. The overall pattern is one of broad geographic spread rather than concentration in any single region.

2 of these do not list London back. Twinning is declared independently by each municipality, so one-sided pairs are common — and usually more interesting than the mutual ones.
